Who is eligible for the guarantee?

Under our Return Policy, you can return delivered products for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery if the product is:

• unopened, in its original packaging and in a condition fit for resale, or
• not as described or faulty.

For subscription purchases, refunds for unopened products are only issued for the initial purchase, not for recurring subscription deliveries.

The guarantee covers only products bought from Olsom or authorized resellers.
